When Are Metabolic Mondays?

Metabolic Mondays are a free timed workout, with our certified personal trainers. Workouts consist of 5 to 7 exercises put together for a total body workout.
By participating in a Metabolic Monday workout, you are getting a free workout that is challenging and fun. It’s a fun competition! All participants can be timed, and compete with the entire WELL to see who the best is—be sure to keep track of the leader board! Or, if you just want to set a personal goal, participate every week and see how you improve!
