I am a Sacramento State graduate with a degree in Kinesiology. I realized my passion for helping people accomplish their fitness goals after seeing what exercise did for me. I enjoy biking, running, and weight lifting. COMMIT to be FIT!

I am interested in Olympic Style Weightlifting, Swimming, Biking, and Long boarding. I also love to cook and especially BBQ.

For me fitness is about more than getting your dream body, it is about creating a life style that is active and enjoyable. As a Sac State Graduate with a BS in Kinesiology, part of what makes the job fun is investigating the best ways to get people active and to get them to maintain it. In addition to personal training I teach Zumba and other group fitness classes. I love dancing, food, the outdoors, and almost any thing that gets the adrenaline up i.e. skateboarding, roller coasters, horror flicks. My personal philosophy is simple; "Stay active, stay alive."

I am currently a Sac State student studying kinesiology with an emphasis in physical education. Having played football for the greater part of my life I developed a passion for fitness and training that I hope to pass on to as many people as possible.

I am passionate about helping people reach their goals through exercise. I believe that exercise brings on positive physical and mental changes. You can achieve great things when your body and mind are in it together. I also love swimming, cycling, traveling, drawing, and training.

I am currently a student at sac state working toward my BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Physical Therapy. I enjoy working out, hiking, playing basketball and tennis. I love to help and motivate others to pursue exercise and to push themselves to the limit, and see what they are made of!

I am a CSUS Kinesiology student in the pre-physical therapy program and I live by the belief that fitness is an essential aspect for achieving overall wellness and balance in life. My appreciation for health and fitness has developed from the time I first began playing tennis and working out at the gym. It continues to grow as I learn and educate others; it will always be a goal of mine not only to teach others about exercise but to guide them into a healthy lifestyle.
