Information

Prior to scheduling a fitness appointment you must first complete a Health History Questionnaire (HHQ) and turn it into the Fitness Desk located on the 1st floor of the WELL next to the climbing wall. The below appointments need a HHQ filled out prior to the first appointment:

Health History Questionnaire

What We Offer

Assessments

Assessments are specific physical tests that a member can sign up for to be evaluated by a certified personal trainer on overall fitness and health. These assessment can help you see your progression as well as determine your current fitness level.

Body Composition

A Body Composition assessment will consist of a seven site skinfold caliper measurement, waist to hip ratio, and anthropometric measurements.
Duration 30 min, Price $10

Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment will include a meeting with a certified personal trainer in our Fitness Assessment Room to evaluate your current fitness level. The assessment will take one hour and will include the following tests:
Duration 1 hour, Price $25

  • Health History Questionnaire
  • Resting Blood pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Cardiovascular Endurance (moderate intensity cycle test)
  • Flexibility (sit and reach)
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength

Free Orientations

Orientations will be free services that a trained staff member will give to a member to give basic instruction on how to use the equipment safely and properly.

Equipment Orientation

Designed to educate and instruct members on all cardio and selectorized equipment on the fitness floor and cardio suite.
Duration 1 hour

Tone Up Orientation

This appointment consists of a one-on-one consultation with a certified personal trainer that goes over exercise prescription that covers the clients’ goals for toning up or weight loss.

Buff Up Orientation

This appointment consists of a one-on-one consultation with a certified personal trainer that goes over exercise prescription that covers the clients’ goals for strength gain or building muscle.

Active Fit Orientation

This appointment consists of a one-on-one consultation with a certified personal trainer that goes over exercise prescription that covers the clients’ goals for increase physical activity and gaining additional knowledge on the basics of cardiovascular exercise and strength training.
